1. You are in set position, facing west.
Step forward to right half horse, as you execute a left down

Counter clockwise double windmill and right backhand hammer to

Step to a right cross stance to the south as you generate a clockwise
double windmill. Strike with 18.
In the same stance, counter clockwise double windmill and strike to the
north with a right thumb down 19.
Twist out of the cross stance, counter clockwise, to a left half horse,
the round house kick to the east. 21.
Same stance. Counter clockwise double windmill, then left palm,
northeast to the opponent's jaw. Right 22.
Shift to left half horse as you execute a counter clockwise double
windmill. Right knee to the opponent's 23. Right side kick to the west. 24.
Step down to a right half horse, west, as you clockwise double windmill.
Right palm down spear hand 25.
Step back, east, to a left half horse as you execute a counter clockwise

13. Step to the West, while executing double clockwise

leaving your left foot pointing to the
16. Right down windmill, in the same stance, and then left
palm to his chin, west. Right hand is open 17. Right kick West to the opponent's groin.
18. Step south to a right cross stance as you double
clockwise windmill, and left back hammer to
19. Same stance. Double counter clockwise windmills
and then right back hammer, west to groin. Left hand is at 20. Twist out, shifting to a left half horse and step north to a right half horse. Right claw to the eyes, north. 21. Same stance. Right down windmill and then a left claw to the opponent's eyes.
22. Shift to a left half horse and pull your right left to a
right kick stance facing west. Step west, to a right half 23. Counter clockwise double windmill and right punch to the bladder. Left is at shield guard.
24. Raise up as you execute a double clockwise
windmill. Step back to the east, leaving your left foot turned 25. Double counter clockwise windmill and left roundhouse punch to the right jaw, west. 26. Salute. Form, November, 2008

15. Execute a clockwise double windmill and right punch to
the face of your opponent. (northeast)
16. A counter clockwise double windmill and left punch to
the face of your opponent. (southeast) 17. Right side kick to the south. 18. As you left down windmill, step to the south. Right palm down punch to the east. 19. Same stance. Right down windmill, left palm down punch to the to the west.
20. Execute a clockwise double windmill as you shift to a
left half horse and step right to the north. Then 21. A right down windmill followed by a left palm to the solar plexus. Right hand is held at the right side. 22.
Execute a double overhead clockwise windmill as you shift to a left half horse.
Pull your right foot to
23. Step back to a left half horse as you do a double overhead
counter clockwise windmill and
24. Move up to a right kick stance facing west as you execute a
double clockwise windmill and then strike
25. In the same stance, double counter clockwise windmill and

Left and right hands travel over your right shoulder, then right knee to
the west and you right uppercut to the 6. Salute 7. Draw you left foot directly behind your right foot and right side kick to the west. 8. Left front kick the south. 9.
Step to a left half horse, south and left down windmill as you shift to
a right half horse, north. 11.
Move your right elbow to the east, follow with a left down
windmill as you shift to a right half horse, north. 12.
Step to a left half horse to the north as you execute a left down
windmill and right punch, palm down to your 13.
Shift to a right half horse to the south as you do a right down windmill
and left punch, palm down to your 14. Pull your left foot up to your right and left back kick to the west. 15.
Execute a double clockwise windmill as you step back, west, with your
left foot and shift to a left half horse west. 16. Same stance. Double counter-clockwise windmill, left palm to the jaw, northwest. Right palm is at shield guard. 17.
Clockwise double windmill as you step back with your left foot, east.
Strike, left palm strike, grab and pull to the 18. Same stance. Strike, right palm strike, grab and pull to the opponent's groin, east. 19.
Clockwise double windmill as you step south with your left foot, south
and right thumb-up palm to opponent's jaw 20.
Counter-clockwise double windmill as you shift to a right half horse,
north. Right thumb-up palm to opponent's 21.
Shift to a left half horse as you execute a double clockwise overhead,
windmill. Pull up your right foot to your left, 22. Same stance. Right down windmill. Then a left claw to opponent's eyes, west. Right hand is at your right side. 23. Right kick to opponent's groin, west. 24. Hop onto your right foot and then back to a right kick stance. (Weight, back onto your left foot) 25. Right kick, west, to the opponent's chest. 26.
